Ակադեմիկոս Ի.Վ Եղիազարովի անվան ջրային հիմնահարցերի և հիդրոտեխնիկայի ինստիտուտի միջազգայնացման գործընթացները շարունակվում են
Այսօր Մայր բուհի Պալեանների անվան դահլիճում համալասարանականները ծանոթացան Վիշեգրադյան հիմնադրամի կողմից ֆինանսավորվող «Միջազգայնացման ցանց» ծրագրին, որի համակարգողը ԵՊՀ-ն է:
«Միջազգայնացման ցանց»-ին մասնակցում են ՀՀ-ի, Բելառուսի, Ուկրաինայի, Վրաստանի, Սլովակիայի, Չեխիայի, Հունգարիայի և Լեհաստանի մի շարք բուհեր, ինչպես նաև Ակադեմիկոս Ի. Վ. Եղիազարովի անվան ջրային հիմնահարցերի և հիդրոտեխնիկայի ինստիտուտը (ՀՀ):
Ծրագրի հիմնական նպատակը Եվրոպական հարևանության քաղաքականության և ԵՄ երկրների միջև միջազգայնացման ոլորտում համագործակցության հաստատումն ու զարգացումն են:
Այդ նպատակով նախագծի շրջանակներում ստեղծվել է վեբ հարթակ (կայք), որում տեղ գտած տեղեկատվության միջոցով մասնակիցները հնարավորություն են ստանում մշակելու համատեղ նոր նախագծեր ու գիտահետազոտական ծրագրեր, խթանելու ուսանողների, աշխատողների և հետազոտողների շարժունությունը:
Դեռևս մշակման փուլում գտնվող http://www.int-net.org/ վեբկայքի բովանդակության, բաժինների, հիմնական գործառույթների ու նպատակների մասին խոսեց ծրագրի համահամակարգող Հայաստանի ազգային պոլիտեխնիկական համալսարանի ներկայացուցիչ, ինտերնետային հարթակի ստեղծող Գրիգոր Բաբայանը:
Հավելենք, որ դեկտեմբերի 2-4-ը Բելառուսի պետական համալսարանում տեղի է ունեցել «Միջազգայնացման ցանց» (Internationalization Network) ծրագրի համակարգողների առաջին հանդիպումը:
Մինսկում կայացած առաջին հանդիպման ընթացքում մասնակիցները քննարկել են ծրագրի շրջանակներում նախատեսվող հիմնական միջոցառումները: Մասնավորապես մասնագետներն անդրադարձել են Եվրոպական հարևանության քաղաքականության երկրների հաստատությունների վերին կառավարչական օղակի համար նախատեսված վերապատրաստումների անցկացմանը:
Այնուհետև ծրագրի մասնակից հաստատություններում կկազմակերպվեն տեղայնացված վերապատրաստումներ, ինչը մուլտիպլիկացիոն ազդեցություն կունենա ծրագրի հետագա ընթացքի վրա:
Կազմակերպիչները վստահեցնում են, որ ծրագրի հետագա ընթացքը չի սահմանափակվի Վիշեգրադյան հիմնադրամի ֆինանսավորման դադարեցմամբ: Կայունությունը երաշխավորելու համար կողջունվի արդեն իսկ ձևավորված կոնսորցիումում նոր մասնակիցների ընդգրկումը:
Սա հնարավորություն կտա բարձրացնելու կոնսորցիումի անդամների հեղինակությունը տարածաշրջանային և միջազգային մակարդակներում, խթանելու նրանց միջև շարժունությունը և հիմք ապահովելու համատեղ նախագծերի մշակման համար:
Նշենք նաև, որ ծրագիրը կտևի մինչև 2016 թ.-ի դեկտեմբերը և կամփոփվի Երևանում դեկտեմբերին կայանալիք ավարտական գիտաժողովով:
